Sugar Slip/Prisilla Slip
I used from Sybil magazine both of the above patterns combination. I used a rose lightweight linen for Prisilla, and a white gauze for Sugar. Fast, easy, and lovely! I get so many compliments. One wasn't enough so I have ready to sew, a sage lightweight gauze for Prisilla and lighter shade of green for Sugar. Thank you Tina! 5 Plus stars!!!!!

Clever
I love the way the shoulder straps are enclosed into the bodice lining! I made the pleated flounce out of an old heavy cotton sheet, which is my muslin but also a nightgown!

Sugar Slip
I practiced with this pattern on a muslin. I thought the shoulder strap placement was very clever! It does mean precise cutting is needed. I had to search out photos of how other seamstresses interpreted the directions. I am not an experienced sewist, so a lot of it didn't translate in my head too well. But now that I've played with it, I am confident to cut into luxury fabric. My brother thought I looked adorable in it- like Raggedy Ann. ☺️

Fabulous!
Can't live without it! I have made 3 of these lovely slip dresses (each with ruffles) and wear them all the time. Always get compliments. Always feel so great wearing them. Just bought some silk organza to wash and wear underneath. Just the best ever!

Excellent!
This pattern (at least the one I downloaded last year) goes to XL only, but it scales up very easily. I enlarged it to 3X and it works perfectly well with my Bella dress over it. Bells has two ruffles, and I added the third one to the Sugar slip, so they combine very well. Bella was made of transparent chiffon, and combined with the Sugar under it, they work very well together. Sugar will work great on its own as well. It's a very good layering piece, and if you are building up a TG wardrobe or capsule, you have to have it.

I downloaded the pattern very easily. Taped it together, all went well. Then I sewed it following the instructions. Very easily. Then I wondered, why I had'nt sewed this pattern before. Its just beautiful. Thank you.
