I absolutely love the look of this dress..the reason for the 3 star rating is because I do not understand the instructions...I'm missing a piece of information...the instructions says to use 44 to 55 inch width fabric. It gives the length that the bottom pannels should be and it says to cut them the "WOF"....BUT WHICH WIDTH...44 OR 54 inches? Its a little confusing to me.
