Simply, a gorgeous long shirt! You need this as shown, or made with the optional sleeve ruffle! I can't tell you how useful this shirt pattern has been for me personally!

Sam shirt
this is the first Tina Givens item I made and I am so happy how this pattern came together. I made it in Chiffon and and it is so flowy and beautiful. I plan to wear it a lot!!

I was a little disappointed that the sizing on this shirt was so different from other STG patterns I’ve made and/or no warning was provided that this pattern is cut very slim. However, it does just barely fit and I think it will look lovely over a slip.

Made it work
Yes. I made this pattern work and I think it will look lovely over the Annabelle slip. However, this is not Project Runway and this pattern has problems: the sizing is not consistent with other patterns and there was no labeling indicating that this was not the case. The grainline arrow says “Place on selvedge.” The pattern shows a smaller neck and front slit for the largest size. It would be really nice to see line drawings for each variation of the look offered in the pattern.
