Briare Slip
I used the Briare Slip pattern to make the green silk organza slip pictured in one of the promo photos for The Original Sew . It worked wonderfully. I used only one layer of the ruffled skirt. I moved the side seams to be inline with the front of the right knee and back of the left knee. I inserted a 2" gathered strip to the seam over the right knee. I then cut a 4" strip, folded in half, pressed to make a 2" strip. I then gathered and added to the bottom of the skirt.
