I have made up these pants already, in a black viscose linen fabric and I love them. I have been obsessed with Tina's patterns since I discovered them very recently , and feel like I have finally found "my kind of style" after a life time of searching!! I am in the middle of buying all kinds of fabrics I have never thought of using before to start making some cool funky layers!! What I like about these patterns is there is a huge scope for creativity (with some really fab ways of adding extras- like random pleats etc )which you don't get in mainstream ones, and the instructions are enough for me, as I don't need my hand held when sewing up a pattern (even for the first time). Thanks Tina for this free pattern :)

I’ve made 5 pairs in 5 days, do I need to say anything more??? LOVE THEM.

I made these on a whim about five years ago and I'm so glad I did. They are my hiking, gardening, lounging, shopping, everything pants. I've washed and worn them so much, the fabric is starting to fray on the waist band. I'm sewing my third pair today...this time a little longer. I've worn them under slip dresses and with sweatshirts and t shirts...very versatile. These inspired my sewing hobby...I would be naked and bored without them ;)

Perfect pattern for perfect pants!

The Plinka pant was one of my first sewing projects. I made two; one in black and one in brown linen. Lagenlook isn't my style...but I've literally worn these into holes...I LOVE them that much. So comfortable and can be dressed up or down. I did the ruffle on the bottom but didn't pleat.

I wasn’t sure about a digital download pattern as I’ve never used one before! Downloaded all the bits of paper then hey presto they fitted together perfectly! Really impressed. Definitely be doing this in the future.
