    Voluptuous Beauty!

Posted by Carolina Thomas on Feb 9th 2020

With these voluptuous beauties you will either go big or go home! And uh -- they are not afraid of a little side drama that keeps everyone wondering "where did you get those?!" I am thrilled to appliqués that I have one pair to start but, let's be honest, I will not be able to stop here. NOPE... she goes with all the trimmings of the Maisha and Ms.Grace and the -- whatever jacket you would like to throw over them... So therefore, I am in a state of major adore and will just have to make some more and more. I made mine from a heavy 7.1 oz dark gray linen paired in gray with the Marisha jacket to wear with the Peter pocket top (shadow grey color) and WOE!!! its an optical fire cracker.  I feel some serious luxury in all these layers. It took me two days to put these together; about a total of 6-10 hours. I am still new to these wonderful designs/sewing clothing. The side bar on the pants is just a feast next to those dramatic appliqués. I had some fun with those and threw in an extra flat triangle behind to give it some more raw edge and it is addicting to look at for sure. These are truly another favorite... as I am no longer able to have just one, since I have discovered this treasured apparel!

So simple it practically sewed itself!
I'm pretty sure this will become a wardrobe staple for every season.

I made the Cara pants last night & they went together so easily they practically sewed themselves!
I love the shape of the pants and the applique detail is such a fun touch.

I can definitely see myself making more of these pants.
